Job Description
- Initial 2 years: Raipur & Nagpur.
- 15+ days Travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Hypothesis & Experimentation: Refine assumptions based on primary data; craft and validate hypotheses for physical product MVPs.
- Product & Category Innovation: Iteratively find Product-Market Fit (PMF) for:
- New chemical lines (PU-based, Epoxy, and Polyester Adhesives).
- New categories (Natural stones, PowerTools, and secondaries).
- Service verticals (Epoxy services).
- Market Expansion: Plan and execute 0-1 market entry for new regions and existing home markets, including initial customer acquisition.
- GTM & Influence: Drive influencer onboarding (Interiors & Contractors) and develop "Credibility Assets" to build trust with homeowners.
