About the Opportunity
Yamuna Sky City is a landmark high-rise development redefining Mangalores skyline. As the citys tallest residential tower, the project represents architectural distinction, premium positioning, and aspirational living.
We are expanding our core sales team and are looking for professionals who operate with discipline, strategic clarity, and a strong closing instinct.
Role Overview
This is not a routine field-sales role. We are seeking a performance-driven Sales Executive who understands consultative selling, pipeline management, and premium client engagement. The role demands consistency, ownership, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify high-intent leads through structured outreach and channel partnerships
  • Conduct compelling project presentations and site visits
  • Manage follow-ups with precision and maintain a healthy conversion ratio
  • Drive monthly and quarterly booking targets
  • Build and nurture broker and channel partner networks
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and structured reporting
  • Stay informed about local market intelligence and competitor positioning
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 15 years of experience in real estate or high-value product sales
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
  • Professional communication and executive presence
  • Ability to handle premium and investor clientele
  • Market awareness of Mangalore real estate is an advantage
