About:

- To have minimum 3 clients of their own.

- Fixing meetings on a daily basis.

- Developing a team and training.

- Sourcing talent from the industry.

- Assisting the team below on all aspects of work.

- Mapping of client. Understanding the structure of the client side and having a structure of the entire business units with the client.

- To ensure monthly target is achieved.

- Ensure Team Targets are achieved.

- Ensuring 100% familiarity on the Wings Credentials.

- To be capable to handle client meetings alone.

- Have good Presentation skills and knowledge on costing.

- To be capable to make a presentation and costs by themselves.

- Sending out the service report on the same day as the meeting.

- Preparing Costing, Budget sheets, closure reports.

- Understanding to give the creative brief to the designer.

- Ensuring the client gets the event pictures and videos with the event sticker on it within 48hours of the event.

- Sending out the feedback form and ensuring it's signed, scanned and sent to the entire team.

- Weekly reports to be sent to senior manager.
