Chief People & Culture Officer - Manufacturing/Construction Business

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior HR leader to drive people strategy, build a strong culture, and scale the workforce across corporate and site operations. This role will work closely with the CEO and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Culture & Leadership:

- Build and embed organizational values across teams

- Drive leadership development and succession planning

- Lead culture-building initiatives across locations

2. Talent Acquisition & Scaling:

- Lead large-scale hiring across corporate and site teams

- Build strong pipelines for blue- and white-collar roles

- Improve hiring efficiency and onboarding experience

3. Performance & Learning:

- Implement structured performance management systems

- Drive leadership development and internal growth

- Enable cross-functional learning and career progression

4. HR Operations & Compliance:

- Ensure strong HR processes, payroll accuracy, and compliance

- Standardize systems across plants and project sites

5. Engagement & Retention:

- Drive employee engagement initiatives

- Improve retention across workforce segments

- Strengthen grievance handling and workplace experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of HR leadership experience

- Background in Manufacturing / Infrastructure / Construction

- Experience managing large, distributed workforce

- Strong focus on culture, performance, and people development

- Fluent in Hindi & English (regional languages are a plus)
