Job Description
- As an AI Agent Developer at Winvesta, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge AI agents into various platforms to create scalable, intelligent solutions. You will leverage machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and cloud technologies to build systems that automate decision-making processes and enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI agents: Utilize advanced machine learning techniques and NLP to create AI agents that solve complex problems, automate decision-making, and enhance user engagement.
- Integrate AI agents into platforms and applications: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication between AI models and the application environment.
- Deploy and optimize AI solutions: Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. Monitor and fine-tune models for improved efficiency.
- Debug and troubleshoot: Identify and resolve issues related to AI agent performance to enhance functionality and user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with AI advancements: Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and NLP to leverage cutting-edge technology for enhanced product capabilities.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks and NLP tools: Hands-on expertise with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, and deep familiarity with NLP libraries for designing efficient AI agents.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning: Familiarity with reinforcement learning algorithms for developing agents that learn and improve over time.
- Problem-solving and teamwork: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, collaborating effectively within a team to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
