What You'll Do (Like a Founder, Just Without the Title)
1. Own a Business Line End-to-End From ideation to execution - be it a new growth channel, GTM hack, or city-level operations.
2. Pilot & Scale Growth Channels - Run 0- 1 experiments to test acquisition strategies in both digital and offline landscapes.
3. Build & Break Fast - Operate in chaos and ambiguity. Create scrappy playbooks. Measure obsessively. Scale what works.
4. Work Cross-Functionally - Collaborate deeply with Ops, Product, Design, Data & Vendor teams - and make things move.
5. Deliver Outcomes, Not Decks
You'll be judged by the numbers you shift, not the slides you make.

Get Hired

1. 2-3 years in a high-growth startup, consulting, or entrepreneurial setup
2. Experience in GTM, category growth, operations, or city launch
3. Fluent with data tools - Excel, SQL, Clevertap/Firebase
4. Hustler with a structured mind - can think, build, and execute at once
5. Prior team management or city operations experience is a big plus.
