Job Title: Business Analyst Loan IQ

Role Overview:
The Business Analyst – Loan IQ will be responsible for requirement elicitation, functional solutions, and consulting for Client Financial Solutions Applications, specifically for Loan IQ.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Financial/Engineering degree; MBA preferred
- 8–10 years of experience in end-to-end rollout/implementation of Loan IQ products
- Experience in ARR Modules of Loan IQ
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end rollout/implementation of Loan IQ products
- Analyze existing business systems and processes
- Interact with management and stakeholders for requirements and solutions
- Requirement gathering, analysis, and management
- Provide functional solutions and create requirement/functional documents
- BRD, FRD, HLD (Waterfall)
- DTD, SRS (Agile)
- Clarify requirements and functional flows for Development and QA teams
- Review test cases and results
- Deep understanding of Loan IQ products and banking industry trends

- Provide consulting to clients
- Senior consultants should lead and guide other consultants and BAs
Desired Skills:
