Content Moderator - Bengali / Urdu (HR Radha)

• We are hiring candidates for content moderation(non-voice/non-technical process). Particularly who know to speak, read and write English and either of the one regional languages like Bengali or Urdu.
• 24/7 Rotational Shifts (5 Working days, 2 week-offs)

Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user content (text, images, videos) in regional languages.
• Review content of a graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious nature such as Adult, Sexual, Abusive, Hate, Derogatory, Illegal Acts, Violence, Death, and Tragedy and take appropriate action.
• Follow company policies & procedures diligently while ensuring accuracy.

• Handle sensitive content with maturity and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using internet websites and social communication tools.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Must be able to read & write fluently in at least one regional language: Bengali or Urdu
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Any Graduate (Diploma accepted if 15 years of education).
• Freshers eligible: 0-1 year experience in any domain can also apply.
• Strong logical reasoning, analytical ability & time management skills.
• Emotionally strong to handle graphic/sensitive content.

Only Graduates are eligible to apply (Results pending/pursuing candidates would not be eligible. Candidate without university issued documents are not eligible).

• Work from Office.
• 2-way transport availability.
• 5-day work (2 rotational week offs).
• Graduation Mandatory.
