Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daytoday customer relationship administration.
  • Consistently meet customer expectations, targets, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Ensure proper usage of customer tools and compliance with their processes & procedures.
  • Handle and respond to all incoming requests promptly.
  • Manage and follow up on the customer backlog.
  • Address all written and verbal customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Identify opportunities and contribute to process improvement proposals and implementation.
  • Provide daily operational support for smooth customer interactions.
  • Keep the customer updated on progress at every stage until resolution.

Skills Required


  • Strong computer skills: Internet usage, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent English
