Job Description

What role you will play in team: You will provide excellent customer service support to clients, resolving their queries and concerns related to banking and financial services.

What you will do: You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and accurate information to clients.

Key responsibility:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software (preferred).
  • Knowledge of BFSI products and services (preferred).
