Investment Banking Associate – Equity Capital Markets

What role you will play in team: You’ll support senior bankers in executing equity capital market transactions.

What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, prepare marketing materials, and support deal execution.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation of companies.
• Prepare marketing materials for equity offerings.
• Support the execution of equity capital market transactions.
• Conduct industry research and due diligence.

• Prepare presentations for clients and investors.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience in investment banking (preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial markets and equity capital markets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
