Job Description
- You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Successfactors EC/Time Off and be certified with a Valid Delta in SF EC. Good Communication Skills are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include having knowledge of Time Off processes and implementation experience, as well as conducting client workshops for Time Off.
You will be required to analyze business requirements and transform them into SF workbook. Your Time Off Knowledge Requirement should cover Work Schedule, Holiday Calendar, Time Off Set ups, Time off workflows, Time Off Integration, and Simple to Complex Time off rules like Accruals, Hire Termination, Interim Period end processing, Leave Recalculation, and Leave Encashment.

Your expertise in project deliverables is vital, starting from project planning, country mobilization, scoping workshop, project kick off, user requirement blueprint, system configuration, configuration document, test plan creation, test execution, UAT regression testing, cut over activities, deployment, Go live, Hyper care activities, and support.,
