Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing of goods and services for the company. As a Procurement professional, you will act as the primary point of contact between suppliers and the business, ensuring the procurement of high-quality products and services to meet business needs efficiently. Your role will involve researching, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts, as well as developing and implementing buying strategies aligned with the company's budget and requirements.

Your expertise in managing facility procurement, including handling AMC contracts for all assets, will be crucial. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize workload independently. You will need excellent problem-solving abilities, a customer-service mindset, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity. Additionally, your strong data orientation and analytical skills will be valuable assets in this role.
In this position, you will primarily focus on FMG (Facility Management), Global Security Group, and ICG (Infrastructural Creation Group) related procurements. This includes managing packages of various types, engaging consultants, project management consultants, and architects, and evaluating projects effectively. Your responsibilities will also include end-to-end procurement of specified categories, supplier management, spend analysis, process improvement, and the initiation and implementation of automation processes.

Furthermore, you will be tasked with contract and catalogue management, ensuring adherence to global procurement policies. Proficiency in MIS and analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI is required. Prior experience with Ariba, SAP ECC, or SAP S4 Hanna will be beneficial. Understanding category areas and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet priorities and requirements are vital aspects of the role.
For this position, a minimum of 6-8 years of experience is required, along with a B.E./B. Tech. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields. Possessing a management degree from a reputable institute will be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a positive attitude combined with a strategic mindset are essential qualities for success in this role.,
