Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Senior Consultant at Wipro Limited, you will leverage your experience to deliver discrete projects with minimal supervision. Your role involves demonstrating a clear understanding of the clients" business issues and tailoring consulting solutions to generate maximum value through idea generation and engagement experience. It is essential for you to achieve high personal billability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for the Wipro tenets and values, securing great feedback from multiple clients
- Coordinate teams of consultants as a Consulting Project Manager, ensuring the quality of deliverables
- Demonstrate flexibility in approach and coordinate resources with expertise in various areas
- Maintain a decisive and directive delivery focus with a can-do attitude, showcasing both hard and soft skills
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team and client staff, building trust and confidence through a focus on quality and delivery
- Engage effectively with clients, extracting information and developing facilitation and communication skills
- Ensure project administration is up to date, such as Statements of Work (SoW) and tagging
Qualifications Required:
- Consistent achievement of high levels of individual utilization in line with expected goals
- Build and maintain a network of relationships with clients, providing required intelligence and insights to solve business problems

- Lead smaller scale meetings with sales teams and contribute to proposal development to a high standard
- Develop insights into chosen industry and technology trends, sharing them with the wider practice
- Contribute to team thought leadership and ensure a track record is written up of assignments
- Continually deliver all Wipro admin in a timely manner and demonstrate contribution to internal initiatives
- Propose new service offerings/capabilities and provide training and demos to existing staff as needed
