Job Description
The HRBP for Switches business will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities for the division. They will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, and provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
2. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, people decisions, and best practices, enabling effective people management on ground.
3. Drive end to end recruitment and onboarding for the business in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, ensuring speed, quality, and role readiness.
4. Lead performance management processes, coaching managers to drive productivity, accountability, and performance differentiation.
5. Support capability building through targeted learning and development initiatives for frontline employees and people managers.
We work 5.5 days from office.
