Job Title: Business Development Manager (US Staffing)

Location: Noida (Sector 62), India

Experience: 7-10+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Immediate joiner) with a strong background in US staffing to drive business growth by acquiring Tier 1 and direct clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven experience in lead generation, and an established network with direct end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct end clients in the US market.
  • Onboard new clients and negotiate MSA, NDA, and contractual terms.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.
  • Identify new market trends and opportunities to expand business accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 710+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager in US Staffing.
  • Active client database and existing relationships with Tier 1 or direct clients.
  • Proven track record of working with Tier 1 vendors and direct customers.
  • Strong experience in new lead generation and account acquisition.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MSA, NDA, SOW, W2/C2C hiring models.
  • Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with US time zones.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
