Job Description

    The Field Sales Executive IT Sales at Wish Geeks Techserve Pvt Ltd located in Noida, Sector-62 is a key player in the IT Sales department with a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business, foster client relationships, and promote IT products and services. You will be entrusted to meet or surpass sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer service, all while representing the company in the field with an emphasis on IT solutions.
    Your duties will include identifying and cultivating new business prospects, nurturing a robust lead pipeline, and conducting market research to pinpoint customer needs and appropriate IT solutions. Through various channels such as cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and virtual demonstrations, you will introduce potential clients to our array of IT products and services.
    Building enduring relationships with clients is crucial. Regular client meetings will provide insight into their business requirements, allowing you to propose tailored IT solutions that highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products effectively. Your success will hinge on your ability to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    Remaining abreast of the latest IT trends and advancements is paramount. Your feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding market demands and customer preferences will be instrumental in shaping our offerings. Diligent documentation of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system is also expected, along with the preparation of periodic reports to monitor progress against targets.
    To excel in this role, you must possess a bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, with relevant certifications in IT sales or technology being advantageous. Your proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools will be valuable assets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are prerequisites, along with a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously while effectively managing your time.
    Your dedication may require occasional travel within the designated area, as well as flexibility to accommodate client schedules, which may include evening or weekend work. In return, you can expect a competitive base salary supplemented by a commission structure or incentives based on sales performance, coupled with health insurance and paid time off benefits.
