Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst cum Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8+ years of experience in combining strong business acumen with technical skills to help improve Front & Middle office operations and better align them with overall business goals.

Experience: 6 - 12 Years

Location:  Bangalore Mumbai

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis efforts including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
  
• Create BRDs and FRDs with precision and clarity.
  
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data products with business goals.
  
• Document workflows and data mapping using tools like Excel, SQL, and Visio.
  
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
  
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  
• Manage multiple project deliverables across teams and ensure alignment with timelines.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to articulate solutions.
  
• Adapt quickly to changing environments and tight deadlines.
  

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business, IT, Finance, Economics or related fields.
  
• Strong domain knowledge in Investment Banking, Finance, Asset Management, or Real Estate.
  
• Proven experience in Data Management and Data Products.
  
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  
• Excellent documentation and workflow diagramming skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities .
  
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools.
  
• Exposure to cloud platforms and data lakes.
