JobSummary:We are seeking an experienced AI / GenAI Engineer with 58 years of experience to drive AI?led SDLC automation across development, DevOps, and incident management workflows. The role focuses on leveraging AI/LLM capabilities to automate code generation, testing, security, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes. You will work closely with engineering, platform, and DevOps teams to embed intelligent automation into modern software delivery pipelines.

KeyResponsibilities:

• AI?Led SDLC Automation (Primary Focus)
  
• Generate code artifacts from Jira technical specifications
  
  
  
• Enable AI-assisted code generation using Python and/or Java
  
• Implement AI-powered pull request (PR) summarization and contextual code reviews
  
• Automate unit test generation during PR workflows
  
• Detect vulnerabilities and automatically generate AI-driven fix PRs
  
• Generate deployment configurations using pre-built templates
  
• Embed policy-as-code and security guardrails within CI/CD pipelines
  
• DevOps & Platform Enablement
  
• Integrate AI agents into GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines
  
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments
  
• Support branching strategies, PR validation, and deployment automation
  
• Incident Management Automation (Secondary Focus)
  
• Build AI-assisted runbooks
  
• Automate incident classification and response workflows
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• 58 years of hands-on software development experience
