Job Summary: Wissen Technology is hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to drive strategic hiring initiatives, manage complex technical recruitment, and contribute to employer branding and process optimization
Experience: 9– 12 Years
Location: Bangalore
Mode of Work:Full time (Hybrid – 4 days WFO)
Key
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical and niche IT roles
- Define and execute advanced sourcing and hiring strategies
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business heads
- Build scalable recruitment processes and best practices
- Manage and mentor recruitment team members
- Analyze hiring data and continuously improve recruitment efficiency
- Contribute to employer branding and talent market insights
Requirements:
- 9–12 years of IT recruitment experience with strong leadership exposure
- Deep understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management capabilities
- Ability to handle high-volume and specialized hiring
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
