Job Description
- As a Customer Care Executive in the International Voice process based in Mumbai, you will be required to have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO setting. We are looking for candidates who are either Graduates or Undergraduates to join our team.
You will be entitled to cab facilities, work a 5-day week with rotational shifts, and have 2 rotational days off. The salary offered for this position can go up to 34 ctc.
As part of our benefits package, you will have access to Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts, and proficiency in English is required while knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
