Strategic Consultant - Business Process Optimization

What role you will play in team:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and recommend strategic improvements. Develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

What you will do:You will lead process mapping workshops, identify areas for improvement, and develop detailed recommendations for process redesign. You'll present your findings to senior management and secure buy-in for implementation.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting process mapping and analysis.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Developing and implementing process improvement solutions.
• Leading process improvement initiatives.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  
• Developing and delivering training materials.
• Measuring and tracking process improvement results.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
• Experience with process mapping and analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
