Chartered Accountant (Fresher)

Role Overview

As a Junior Accountant (CA- Fresher Mandatory), you will support the finance team in maintaining accurate books, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring smooth financial workflows. Youll handle entries, reconciliations, and documentation with precision while learning to interpret numbers that shape business decisions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to grow in a dynamic, creative-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure all entries are properly categorized.
• Support in managing accounts payable and receivable cycles.

Reconciliation & Reporting

• Perform monthly bank, vendor, and client reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, expense summaries, and financial statements.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies with the senior finance team.

• Ensure timely submission of GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
• Maintain documentation and audit-ready financial records.
• Support coordination with external auditors or consultants when required.

Process Support

• Assist in payroll processing and expense reimbursements.
• Work closely with operations and HR for budget alignment and vendor payments.
• Contribute to improving finance processes and internal controls.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and double-entry systems.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, or QuickBooks).
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance workflows.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
