Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Source active and passive talent using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry mapping.
• Conduct initial HR screening to assess fitment on skills, experience, and culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.

• Stakeholder Management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and job requirements.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external recruitment partners.

• Process & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated data in the system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce TAT and enhance candidate experience.

• Offer & Onboarding
• Manage salary negotiations and generate offer proposals aligned with internal compensation frameworks.
• Ensure smooth transition of selected candidates from offer to onboarding stage.

• Bachelors degree or MBA in HR or a related field.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (corporate or consultancy).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring dashboards (preferred).
