We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer for a full-time position based in Andheri. This mid-level role requires 4-6 years of work experience in the legal field. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various legal domains including contract law, regulatory compliance, and real estate regulation (RERA). The role involves ensuring legal compliance and providing legal guidance across various sectors to enhance enterprise objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of contract law, specifically with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements. (Mandatory skill)
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, including monitoring and ensuring adherence to industry standards. (Mandatory skill)
• Comprehensive knowledge of RERA, with the ability to navigate and apply its provisions effectively. (Mandatory skill)
• Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction support.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts, ensuring consistency with corporate policies.
• Provide expert legal guidance on regulatory compliance matters to minimize legal risks and ensure adherence to laws.
• Advise on real estate transactions and assist with matters pertaining to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
• Support corporate activities concerning mergers and acquisitions, ensuring thorough legal diligence and transactional execution.
• Implement and monitor corporate governance policies that align with best practices and legal requirements.
• Secure and manage intellectual property assets, conducting assessments to safeguard company innovations.
• Handle securities-related legal concerns, ensuring corporate compliance with financial regulations.
• Represent and advise the company in commercial litigation and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
