Roles and Responsibilities
- Capture the details in the system
- Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual
- Self-learning skills
- Deliver the goals and targets as per the defined KPI's
- Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager
Special Skills
- Basic computer Knowledge required
- Ability of self-learning on live job
- Eye to Details
- Good Reading and writing knowledge of English Language
- Touch Typist with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm with 85% accuracy
- Note: Willingness to work in 24*7 environment

Technical Proficiency & Requirements
- Hands on experience of using desktop or Laptop

- Intermediate understanding in using Broadband, Wi-Fi or phone internet tethering with desktop or Laptop
