Ecosystem Sales & Partnerships Executive
WombTo18 is building a connected health and wellbeing journey for children from pregnancy to 18 years, bringing families, schools, healthcare providers and ecosystem partners together around preventive care, health awareness and follow-up.
We are looking for an Ecosystem Sales & Partnerships Executive to help expand WombTo18 across schools, hospitals, healthcare professionals, NGOs, corporates and CSR organisations.
This is a relationship-driven, field-oriented role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building partnerships and turning opportunities into long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Onboard schools for WombTo18 health, safety and wellbeing programmes.
- Build relationships with hospitals, pediatricians and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop corporate, CSR, NGO and community partnerships.
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through closure and onboarding.
- Understand partner requirements and propose suitable WombTo18 programmes and partnership models.
- Coordinate with operations, product and implementation teams to ensure successful partner activation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for expansion and renewal.
- Track leads, conversions, revenue and partner activity through CRM and regular reporting.
- Represent WombTo18 at school meetings, healthcare events and ecosystem forums.
- Provide market feedback to help improve WombTo18s products, programmes and go-to-market strategy.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, institutional sales or partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with school leaders, doctors, hospital administrators, corporate teams and NGO/CSR representatives.
- Ability to independently generate leads and manage the sales cycle.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Strong follow-up, ownership and execution skills.
- Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, EdTech, CSR, public health or social impact is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Telugu/Hindi is an advantage for the Hyderabad market.
- Comfortable using CRM and basic sales reporting tools.
- Bachelors degree preferred, but relevant experience and demonstrated performance matter more.

Compensation₹3.5–6 LPA + performance-based incentives
Compensation may be higher for exceptional candidates with proven institutional sales or healthcare partnership experience.
