Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
* Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling communications, and organizing office activities.
* Maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical.
* Handle travel arrangements and process expense reports.
* Answer phone calls, emails, and provide customer support as needed.
* Assisting with Finance filing, expense tracking and petty-cash.
Team Coordination:
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely execution of projects.
* Assist in coordinating meetings and events, ensuring that all necessary resources are prepared.
General Office Management:
* Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
* Help in onboarding new employees and providing necessary training on office processes and tools.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative support role.
* Basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Zoho experience is a plus
