Role Summary
Serve as a finance business partner to product teams by delivering insights, supporting decision-making, managing budgets and forecasts, and preparing business cases. Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial performance with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders
- Deliver management reporting, P&L analysis, and actionable insights
- Drive budgeting and monthly forecasting for assigned business areas
- Build financial business cases for products, deals, and investments
- Maintain strong collaboration with stakeholders and leadership
- Support long-term planning and strategic financial alignment
- Prepare internal financial presentations and decision-support materials
Must-Have:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A or business control roles
- Strong experience in a complex business environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, and Hyperion
- Ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- Deep understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with initiative and strategic thinking
- Impactful work in a tech-driven environment
