Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, addressing queries and providing effective solutions.

Assist customers in performing banking transactions and educate them on available financial products.

Acquire new customers through referrals, cold calling, and lead generation from branch visits.

Promote and cross-sell banking products like savings and current accounts (CASA), personal loans, insurance, fixed deposits, and investment products.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and follow-ups.

Achieve assigned sales targets individually and contribute to branch-level goals.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and product inquiries.

Stay updated on bank products, services, and promotions to effectively engage with customers.

Support in conducting promotional activities, customer meets, and financial literacy drives.

Ensure compliance with internal processes, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
