Business Development Executive

What role you will play in team: Contribute to the growth of our staffing services by generating leads and building client relationships.

What you will do: Identify potential clients, present our services, and manage the recruitment process from lead generation to placement.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements.
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Attend industry events and networking functions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the recruitment process.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
