What role you will play in team: Provide excellent customer service to lending clients, answering questions and resolving issues.
What you will do: Handle inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient resolution of their concerns.
Key responsibility:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from lending clients.
- Answer client inquiries about loan applications, payments, and other related matters.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
