Primary Responsibility:

Monitor and analyze network traffic and security logs to detect and respond to potential security threats.

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to protect our organization&aposs IT infrastructure from potential security breaches and cyber-attacks. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring network traffic, conducting vulnerability assessments, responding to security incidents, and implementing security measures to safeguard data and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of security protocols, threat management, and proactive defense strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze network traffic and security logs to detect and respond to potential security threats.
2. Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in systems and networks.
3. Implement and enforce security measures, such as firewalls, encryption, and access controls, to protect sensitive data and systems.
4. Investigate and resolve security incidents, working with the incident response team to contain and mitigate breaches.
5. Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.
6. Provide recommendations for improving the organization&aposs overall security posture.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve defense mechanisms.
8. Develop and maintain incident response procedures and security documentation.
