Responsibilities:

Visiting village groups to identify and onboard potential borrowers.

Explaining loan products and assisting customers with the loan application process.

Conducting group meetings and verifying applicant details.

Facilitating loan disbursement and ensuring proper documentation.

Managing EMI collection and ensuring timely repayments.

Maintaining relationships with customers and village groups for future business.

Traveling daily to assigned locations as per company requirements.
