Junior Investment Banking Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: Support senior bankers in the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions.

What you will do: Prepare financial models and conduct valuation analysis.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuations.
• Conduct industry and competitive research.
• Prepare presentations for clients and internal committees.
• Manage transaction documents and timelines.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful transaction execution.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
