Loan Recovery Officer

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for recovering overdue loans and minimizing loan losses for the company.

What you will do: You'll contact borrowers, negotiate repayment plans, and take necessary actions to recover outstanding debt.

Key responsibility:

• Contacting delinquent borrowers to arrange repayment plans
• Negotiating repayment terms and agreements
• Monitoring borrower payments and identifying trends in delinquencies
• Maintaining accurate records of recovery activities and outcomes
  
• Working with legal counsel when necessary to pursue outstanding debt
• Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations related to debt collection

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult conversations
• Understanding of loan recovery principles and practices
