Primary Responsibility:

Relationship Manager- CASA

The is responsible for enhancing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and managing customer queries and needs. This role involves handling both existing and prospective clients, providing them with suitable banking solutions, and ensuring the overall profitability and success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their banking needs and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, personal loans, and insurance.
  1. Sales & Business Development:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the branch by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing ones.
  • Actively promote and sell the banks products and services, focusing on customer needs and requirements.
  • Provide customized solutions to customers based on their financial goals and objectives.

  1. Customer Retention & Service:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of any service-related issues.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure they are fully satisfied with the banks offerings.
  1. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling:
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell various banking products.
  • Upsell banking products to meet the diverse financial needs of clients.
