Responsibilities:

• To conduct new employee / BC associates onboarding, training on banking products, operations, banking regulations, AML/KYC and other compliance standards.
  
• To conduct refresher training for employees/ BC associates on products, procedures, policies, and compliance.
• To guide & motivate employees to achieve optimal performance; provide developmental feedback to associates during new hire and recurrent training.
• Should be able to deliver training in a classroom and/or virtual environment.
• To develop, update, and customize training materials, and modules based on organizational needs and regulatory changes.
• To Incorporate interactive and modern learning techniques such as e-learning, case studies and role play.
• To demonstrate the ability to function independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence.
• To develops relationships with internal teams to identify changes in workflow or functions that may require new or revised training.
• Coordinate with departmental heads to align training programs with organization goals.
• To maintain training records and prepare reports for management.
