The Role & Targets
High-stakes, target-driven position focused on quarterly MQL goals:
- Incentive Structure: <80% (No variable) | 80-100% (Pro-rated) | 100% (Full payout) | 100%+ (Additional 10% bonus).
- Demand Gen Mastery: Execute and optimize large-scale campaigns on FB, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Intelligence & Outbound: Drive data-led outbound via Email, Apollo.io, and database exports.

- Unit Economics: Track and optimize CLTV/CAC, ROAS; oversee Technical/Content SEO and Partnership GTM.
