Job Description
- You will be responsible for sourcing and screening profiles on various job boards, briefing candidates about the job description and company, and sharing necessary details with them. Additionally, you will conduct initial interviews, share relevant profiles for shortlisting, schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates, and coordinate follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate/ PG
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years in IT & Non-IT (Non-BPO) recruitment
Job Types:
- Full-time, Part-time
Expected Hours:
- 30 to 50 hours per week

- Which job boards have you used for sourcing candidates
- Are you comfortable with working a minimum of 5 hours a day from Monday to Saturday
- Are you okay with the virtual office setup on Zoom and logging in for a minimum of 5 hours while working
- How soon can you join after being selected, considering we are looking for an immediate joiner
Experience Required:
- 1 year in Non-IT (Non-BPO) hiring
- 1 year in IT hiring (Preferred)
