Business Finance Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager Business Finance to support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, performing scenario and sensitivity analysis, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.

What you will be doing:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess financial impact under various business assumptions.

• Support in decision modeling to evaluate new business opportunities, investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
• Prepare periodic management reports, variance analysis, and business performance reviews.
• Assist in annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Track key financial and operational metrics and support data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data, models, and assumptions used in analysis and reporting.

What you will need:

• MBA (Finance) or B. Tech + MBA
• 1+ year of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Strategy.
• Strong command over Financial Modeling (Excel-based models, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Proficiency in Scenario and Sensitivity Analysis for evaluating business risks and opportunities.
• Experience in Forecasting and Decision Modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools is an advantage.
