Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager FOS, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential employers, meeting decision-makers in person, and converting them into paying employers.
You will own your individual sales targets, drive revenue through fresh employer acquisition, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employers. This role requires consistent field visits, strong follow-ups, and disciplined reporting of your sales pipeline and performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
? Identify, Visit and onboard small and medium businesses (SMEs).
? Generate new business leads through field visits and referrals and local market mapping.
? Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners/HR Managers to understand their hiring needs.
? Pitch WorkIndias hiring solutions (Job postings, subscription plans, recruitment support).
? Explain product features, Pricing and Value proposition clearly to employers.
? Close deals, achieve sales and revenue targets.
? Maintain and update daily activity reports, employer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM.
? Build long term relationships with employers to drive repeat business and renewals.

? Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Key Skills:
? 0-3 years of experience into Field Sales
? Should have completed Graduation/Post Graduation
? Strong understanding of the Indian B2B market and business landscape.
? Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
? Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
? Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday - Saturday)
