Job Description
- As an experienced professional with a minimum of 5-6 years in the FMCG industry, your role will entail the following responsibilities:
- Leading a team and guiding them effectively
- Demonstrating sincerity and readiness to travel to various locations across the East/West/North/South Zones
- Travelling for a minimum of 15-20 days per month within the assigned Zone/territory for sales purposes
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating them with business operations
- Conducting client visits for bakery and ice-cream products, explaining their applications to customers
- Managing sales visits, order-taking, supply monitoring, and dealership follow-ups
- Resolving technical issues at bakery or ice-cream production sites
- Utilizing technical personnel efficiently to focus on specific products and generate orders accordingly
- Organizing events and promotions regularly in the assigned territory to drive sales
- Providing daily reports and maintaining monthly records as per company standards
- Participating in national-level exhibitions as required by the company
- Ensuring optimal stock levels at dealer points
- Managing a team and safeguarding confidential information
Moreover, your communication-centric role may involve tasks such as:
- Pursuing new business opportunities and arranging meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Conveying new product developments to potential clients
- Supervising the development of marketing materials
- Drafting reports and offering feedback to management
The qualifications and skills required for this position include:

- 5-6 years of experience in FMCG/FMCD/Agro/sales roles
- Strong communication and management abilities
- Previous experience in the bakery/ice-cream industry is preferred
- Sound business acumen
- Proficiency in marketing principles
- Positive attitude, negotiation skills, and attention to detail
- Effective listening skills and knowledge of business operations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Capability to handle confidential information with discretion
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The expected experience level includes 4 years in FMCG sales, FMCG products, distributor sales, and team leadership. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is preferred. The work location is in person.,
