Business Development Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Specialist (full-time, on-site in HSR Layout, Bengaluru). The role involves identifying new opportunities, driving partner acquisition, and expanding OnMetas presence across India and SEA. You will be the owner & executioner for end to end sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Market Research: Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
• Client Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with Web3 and fintech partners
• Strategy & Growth: Analyzing market trends, shaping GTM strategies, and driving conversions
• Customer Service: Supporting clients and partners to maximize adoption and satisfaction

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions
• Experience in lead generation and market research
