Were hiring for a leading Indian E-commerce brand that specializes in expressive consumer electronics including personal audio devices (earbuds, speakers), smartwatches, and charging solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our advertising efforts across major instant commerce and marketplace platforms including Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, and others. This role will be responsible for driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing media spend, and unlocking new growth opportunities in the fast-moving commerce space. You will work with a small but mighty team of 3-4 performance marketers, collaborating cross-functionally with brand, sales, analytics, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own performance marketing strategy across all marketplaces (Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.) with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and overall efficiency
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns (search, display, sponsored listings, brand stores, etc.) within each platforms media ecosystem
- Partner with category managers and platform POCs to co-create performance plans and leverage joint business planning budgets
- Oversee daily campaign execution, reporting, and optimization, ensuring your team is aligned with business goals and timelines
- Drive insights from data analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to fine-tune targeting, bidding, and creatives
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives and messaging that convert
- Test new channels, features, and formats in the ever-evolving marketplace media ecosystem
- Lead regular reviews with internal stakeholders and platform partners to report performance, learnings, and improvement plans
- Manage media budgets effectively and forecast spend based on historical and seasonal trends
- Guide, mentor, and grow a high-performing performance marketing team
Requirements
- 46+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a focus on marketplaces like Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon, etc.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and delivering high ROI
- Strong understanding of marketplace media platforms and ad tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, basic SQL is a plus
- Experience using marketing dashboards and attribution tools
- Ability to lead a team, manage cross-functional relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills written, verbal, and visual (for reporting dashboards/presentations)
- Hustler mindset with a passion for performance and an eye for detail
Mandatory Requirements
- 46+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Preferably with focus on marketplaces like Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, Amazon
