Role Overview

Marketing Ninja role reports to Director Retail & Brand Development. The mission is to build strong Tea retail presence across Assams key tourist destinations, ensuring every second traveler experiences authentic tea before leaving Assam.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of brand across Assams airports, railway stations, tourist towns, hotels, and cultural hubs
• Identify and onboard new retail partners, experience counters, and flagship stores
• Create and execute brand campaigns celebrating Assams Tea Legacy
• Design collaborations with Assam Tourism and curate immersive chai experiences
• Build consistent digital and offline visibility through engaging content and events
• Be the voice and face of brand engage, listen, and connect with customers
• Launch loyalty programs and experiential chai sessions
• 
  Define and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Drive performance, profitability, and marketing ROI across all outlets
• Build and lead a passionate team of retail storytellers and chai ambassadors

Requirements

• 510 years in marketing or sales
• candidate, preferably from Assam with deep cultural connection
• Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Brand, or Retail Management
• Extroverted, confident communicator, innovative thinker, relationship-builder
• Strategic marketing, retail development, storytelling, customer insights
• Fluent in English, Assamese, and Hindi

Mandatory Requirements

• FMCG / Perfume / Cosmetic / Lifestyle / Tea industry experience
• Preferably from Assam with deep cultural connection
