Job Description

Director - Growth & Development for world's leading event and experiential marketing agency based at Bengaluru.
The Growth & Development Director is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies alongside the Managing Director to help expand business of in the country. Primary objective will be to unlock new opportunities by nurturing strategic accounts and pursue new logos. Develop a sales practice in the organisation and deliver on client success, revenue growth, and operational excellence. In this role one will become the trusted senior advisor to clients, a leader who champions creativity, collaboration, and profitable growth.
Account Management & Growth
- Build and maintain senior client relationships (VP/CMO/Executive level).
- Ensure teams act as trusted advisors, delivering integrated experiential solutions.
- Partner with Account Leads to execute strategic account plans and achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Ensure strong measurement frameworks are in place for strategic accounts.


- Drive proactive idea-led growth beyond existing scopes of work.
Operations
- Ensure excellence in delivery across quality, creativity, service, and operational rigor.
- Establish effective processes for onboarding, project kick-offs, collaboration, and debriefs.
- Enable seamless collaboration with sister Project Agencies
Talent & Culture
- Hire, develop, and retain high-performing talent aligned to evolving client needs.

- Guide and mentor team members Financial Stewardship
- Partner with Finance to deliver target margins, cash flow, and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts.

- Client satisfaction and retention on led accounts

- Expansion of services and client relationships
