About the Team
About the Role
The role is focused on analyzing challenging problems and coming up with solutions to a variety of operational critical issues, all whilst running various projects and initiatives. Our distributed team works closely with partners, customers and internal teams globally to ensure we're providing an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities include:
Case Management, Salesforce
Ensure cases are assigned in a timely manner and a resolution provided
Define and document business processes and requirements
Onboarding of new hires within the Services Organization
Continuous improvement to our systems and processes
About You
Basic Qualifications
2+ years experience with Salesforce
2+ years experience in case management
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in services, services operations, data analysis or data management preferred
Other Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication with sophisticated English skills
Salesforce experience preferred
Must work well within and across teams

Detail oriented, analytical approach
Ability to work independently, with general direction and mentorship
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with good interpersonal and time-management skills
Ability to interpret, analyze, and resolve operational issues including addressing questions, and updating systems
Ability to support operations related initiatives identified by the Professional Services management team
Be a point of contact for internal teams, partners and customers
Customer service oriented and have a desire to help others
