Day-to-Day Responsibilities?

• Embraces new technology and AI with passion
• Create, train, and optimize machine learning models, particularly LLMs
• Responsible for writing clean, secure code, ideally following a test-driven approach
• Collaborate with specialists to integrate AI usages into an existing AI conversational platform.
• Adopt a modern approach to benchmark AI models
• Apply technical knowledge and experience to create or design workable AI prototypes and outputs
• Translate user stories and propose design approaches or services to meet user needs
• Collaborative, keen to share knowledge and learn continually
• You document all aspects of software, for ongoing maintenance and revisions
• Think out of the box

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show whats next people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• You have strong technical skills in these areas: Angular, Java, Kotlin, Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate, My SQL, Git/GitLab/Jenkins
• You have working knowledge of CI / CD tools

• You master modern Python frameworks for AI application development (FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio, etc.)
• You have strong intellectual curiosity and maintain active technology watch on advances in the LLM field
• You are familiar with advanced LLM architectures (autonomous agents, Multi-agent Collaboration Protocol, etc.)
• You possess skills in prompt engineering and know how to optimize interactions with language models
• You have experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and techniques for enhancing LLM knowledge
• You know how to implement conversational AI solutions and understand the nuances of different available models
• You are capable of evaluating and fine-tuning AI models for specific use cases
• You understand the ethical issues and limitations of generative AI technologies
• You are comfortable with vectorization tools and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• You have experience in the software design/development field, particularly in AI solutions
• You have a degree in software engineering, computer science or similar field
• You have great analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are organized and skilled in time-management
• You have sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills
• You are fluent in English, oral and written

Skills wed like

• You have working knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, with experience of hosting software solutions on the platform
• Experience of Agile working
