Job Description
GST, VAT and Service Tax
- Online Application for GST Registration.
- Preparing GST computation, payments and filing returns GSTR 3B, GSTR-1 and GSTR-2.
- Reconciliation of GST credit as per GST2A/2B and books and mitigating the differences if any.
- Preparation of computation and filing Trans return.
- Successful Trans-1 credit carried forward during Trans -1 Audit
- Preparing and e-filing of Service Tax Returns and Service Tax Payments.
- Computation of VAT & CST Liability and e-filing of VAT & CST Returns and Tax payments.
- Online Application for issue of statutory forms. (C,H, & F Forms)
- To have an experience of appearing before Sales Tax officers for attending various notices.
- Handling Service Tax Audit and GST audit.
Direct Tax
- Preparation of Tax Audit/Transfer Pricing Schedules and its subsequent report.
- Preparation of Computation of Income and ITR.
- Preparing and e-filing of TDS Returns including 26Q, 24Q, 27Q and 27EQ and TDS payments.
- Successful Refund Follow ups at Income Tax Department.
- Rectifications and demand cancellations in Income Tax department.
- Income Tax Assessment and Reassessment – Assisting in preparing submissions and presented matters dealing with Income Tax Laws to the income tax officers.
